What will I be doing?

Responsible for being the welcoming face of this hotel, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks;

 

· 
Managing guest’s luggage and driving automatic and manual vehicles

· 
Showing guests to their rooms and explaining the amenities 

· 
Arranging taxis and courier services

· 
Providing support to the Concierge desk

· 
Maintaining current information on all hotel services as well as external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the hotel vicinity

What are we looking for?

·  Previous experience in hospitality, retail or fast food preferred.
·  Excellent personal presentation and communication skills 
·  A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service 
·  Ability to lift heavy objects
·  Australian Driver’s License (dual Manual & Automatic preferred)
