What does a day as a Lobby Ambassador look like? You start the day with a smile, ready to welcome and help our guests. After a briefing with your team on the day's events, you will take your position in the Lobby. Here you will be the first point of contact for our guests, where you welcome them and help with special requests. These tasks can vary from bringing luggage to the guests room to recommending local restaurants where the guest can enjoy the best food in Rotterdam. To create the best experience for the guest, you are not only working together with the Front Office, but also closely with other departments, such as Food & Drinks and Housekeeping. At the end of the day you debrief with your team and are ready to start the next day with new energy!

What are we looking for?   Just like our guests, our team is diverse and consists of different nationalities. Therefore you feel comfortable speaking English and thrive in a dynamic international working environment. Furthermore, the must haves are

Flexible and able to work shifts during the weekends and weekdays.

· 
Working hours are between 07:00 and 23:00 (shift is usually 8 hours)

· 
Someone who feels comfortable to speak the English language. Dutch, German, French and any other language is always a bonus

· 
Curious and eager to learn, as long as you want to learn, we will teach you!

Furthermore, these are also nice to haves :

· 
Interested in hospitality, studying or finished Hotel Management

· 
Knowledge about Rotterdam, to give the best recommendations to the guests

· 
Experience in the hospitality industry
