Hourly Rate of £12.02 plus service charge

A Line Chef/ Commis Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while consistently contributing to departmental targets.
· You will join the kitchen brigade.
· You enjoy preparing mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, making sure all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard free. You will support the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high quality dishes and achieve all departmental targets.
