Job description
A Journey Ambassador maintains an immaculate lobby and ensures consistently-delivered exceptional customer service to Guests, especially as service affects the transferring and storing of luggage.
What will I be doing?
As Journey Ambassador, you will maintain an immaculate lobby and ensures consistently delivered exceptional customer service to Guests.
The Journey Ambassador interacts with Guests and contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Offer consistent, high-standar and assistance to Guests and maintain a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service
· Ensure messages are regularly delivered throughout the day
· Assist with room moves and luggage deliveries and man the Front Door, following all standard operating procedures
· Greet all guests in public areas and rooms in a warm manner
· Reaching out to guests to diagnose their experience at the hotel
· To take the necessary steps to solve any inconveniences that may arise for guests
· Support the Front Office team in the different processes carried out in the Front Office
· Report on the feedback received on the experience
· Follow up on the services provided to the guests
· Support the supervisor in the allocation of VIP rooms prior to their arrival, to expedite the procedures for their entry into the Hotel
· On a weekly basis, attend communication meetings of the Department to be informed of new developments, projects, or other issues in the area
· Attend courses, training or training required by the position
· Attend monthly Blue Energy meeting.
