Income Auditor

Job description

The core responsibility of the Income Auditor is to check that all charges raised by each department have been properly posted to guests accounts or otherwise accounted for, the correct procedures have been followed and that all daily income that should have been received by the hotel was received.

What will I be doing?

As an Income Auditor, you will be responsible for reconciling and accounting for hotel income according to internal and Hilton policies and procedures, identifying operational opportunities for improvements according to procedures, as well as providing complete documentation for operations that need to be modified in the OA system, account reconciliations, and leading the area.

• Ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems
• Ability to help develop problem solving skills among direct reports and other team members as appropriate
• Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement all elements required for team to fulfill responsibilities
• Detail oriented and organized
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required

 

• Basic english skills

 

• Experience leadering people

 

• Experience in the same role or similar within the hospitality industry
