Job description

A Housekeeping Attendant (Part-time) will mainly support the Housekeeping team by assisting with inspections, deliveries, and simple guest requests, helping to ensure an efficient operation and a pleasant stay for our Guests.

What will I be doing?

As a Part-time Housekeeping Attendant, you will work closely with the team to support daily operations. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

· 
Conducting room inspections (no cleaning duties required)

· 
Delivering amenities to guest rooms

· 
Handling laundry pick-up and delivery only (no washing tasks)

· 
Performing simple turndown service (linen and towel replacement, restocking amenities)

· 
Responding to simple guest requests

· 
Assisting with lost and found item checks and management

· 
Supporting other team members when needed

ハウスキーピングアテンダント(パート)は、客室のインスペクションやアメニティのデリバリー、簡単なゲストリクエスト対応などを担当し、ハウスキーピングチームのサポートを行うことで、効率的なオペレーションと快適なゲスト滞在をサポートします。

具体的な業務内容:

· 
客室インスペクション(清掃業務は含みません)

· 
アメニティの客室へのデリバリー

· 
ランドリーの回収・お届けのみ(洗濯作業はなし)

· 
簡易清掃(ターンダウンサービス):リネン・タオル交換、備品補充

· 
ゲストからの簡単なリクエスト対応

· 
忘れ物の確認・管理の補助

· 
必要に応じて他のチームメンバーのサポート
