Join the pre-opening team of The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, LXR Hotels & Resorts , and help us shape an extraordinary luxury experience from day one. As a Guest Request Runner , you will play a vital role in delivering timely, thoughtful, and high-quality service that enhances every guest stay.

What will I be doing?

· 
Promptly deliver guest requests such as amenities, linens, and special items, ensuring exceptional service in line with LXR and Hilton brand standards.

· 
Support both Housekeeping and Front Office by coordinating and communicating guest needs efficiently.

· 
Monitor and maintain stock levels of guest amenities, ensuring items are clean, well-presented, and readily available.

· 
Assist with special room setups or guest preferences, paying close attention to detail and personalization.

· 
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service and storage areas.

· 
Represent The Mangroves Abu Dhabi with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong guest-focused attitude.

What are we looking for?

Previous hotel or customer-service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
