Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various depending on needs – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: The annual salary range for this role is $76,000 - $80,000 per year and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Guest Relations Manager will deliver outstanding service to our guests. They will be pro-active, creative, and results driven with a focus on delighting our VIP guests.
Primary responsibilities include greeting guests and assisting with guest requests; maintaining guest database and guest profiles; assisting in the guest amenities program; and supporting the Director of Operations. The Guest Relations Manager will act as the "owner" of the guest database and is responsible for helping to create, and ensure proper delivery of, amenities and services. It is their responsibility to ensure guest preferences are met while delighting and exceeding guest expectations. A working knowledge of hotel operations is needed for interdepartmental communication and coordination. A keen eye for detail is required to check all VIP rooms prior to guest arrival. This position will also meet, greet and escort VIP guests including curbside check-ins. They will ensure the guest is delighted and satisfied; arriving, during the stay and during a fond farewell.
