· Efficiently coordinate the day-to-day operation of the front office operations
负责协调每日前厅部日常运营
· Ensure that VIP guests are provided with personal, attentive and caring service
确保为给每个VIP客人提供殷勤、周到且个性化的服务
· Responsible for HHonors program and benefits
负责希尔顿荣誉会员计划及其相关待遇
· Accurately update and maintain guest information in the China Police Report system
保证客人信息正确、完整的录入中国公安报告系统
· Act as a role model, exemplifying delivery of Hilton Brand Service Standards
在工作中以Hilton的品牌服务标准为依据
· Attend briefings, shift handovers and other relevant meetings
参加例会、交接班和其它相关会议
· Be familiar with hotel’s contingency plan
熟练掌握酒店突发事件处理预案
· Completes shift report checks- rate, room discrepancy, credit check, blacklist report
确保检查包括:房价、房态差异、信用核查、酒店黑名单等相关报表
· Comply with Health & Safety, emergency, fire and hotel rules and regulations
遵守有关健康安全、紧急事件、火警和酒店规则等相关章程
· Daily checks on the VIP lists and ordering of corresponding amenities
每天检查VIP客人名单,为客人准备相关的礼遇事宜

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求:
· High school certificate- required
高等学校毕业证——必须
· Diploma or University degree in Hotel & Catering Management- desirable
酒店和餐饮管理学校的文凭或学位——优先考虑
· At least 3 years working experience in a similar role (5 star hotel)
三年或以上相关工作经验(五星级酒店)
· Computer skills- Fidelio Version 6
电脑操作技巧——Fidelio Version 6
· Solid communication skills
过硬的沟通能力
· Competent English language skills and proficient in Mandarin Chinese
英语熟练,普通话流利
