The team is currently seeking a Groups Housing Supervisor that will assist in overseeing the Group Coordinator under Reservation department. Processes and monitors group block reservations and follows up with Sales department as appropriate. Trains, supervises, schedules, and assists in evaluating staff. Manage the day-to-day operations which include working with the sales and front office teams along with delivering exception service to our high-profile groups/clients. Ideal candidate for this role will possess:
· At least two (2) years of guest service experience.
· Previous experience working directly with or supporting sales.
· Knowledge of OnQ PM, R&I, Passkey, Certify and/or other related systems.
· Experience working in hotels.
· Effective communication skills; both verbal and written.
Hourly rate for this role is $32.00-$37.00 an hour.
