A Food and Beverage Attendant affects every Guest experience with ours restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafes. We always deliver an experience that will exceed our Guests' food, beverage, and culinary expectations.
What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Service Agent, you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage (Food and Beverage) operations inside of our restaurants, bars, banquets facilities, in-hotel cafes, and to fulfill room service requests. You will work with your Team Members to deliver a high quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:
· Reports to the F&B Supervisor, in his absence to the F&B Manager.
· Exercises responsible management and behavior at all times, positively representing the hotel management team and Hilton Worldwide.
· To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.
· To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.
· To be well groomed, punctual and courteous and assume all the time a pleasing and helpful attitude towards guests.
· To maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals.
· To carry out any reasonable requests as directed by your supervisors and managers.
· To be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve your personal performance.

· Preferably good working experience around the world in well-known hotels or restaurants.
· Good communication skills.
· Computer literate.
· Passion in learning and basic knowledge of food and beverage, especially coffee, wines & beverages.
· To be team orientated and to be able to cope with high volume of business.
· Creative and aware of new food trends.
· Hand’s on personality.
· Efficiency in your job, to be honest to your supervisors and colleagues.
· Good attitude and to be willing to learn.
