What will you be doing?  

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor . 

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

 

·         Supervising and supporting daily Food and Beverage Operations in Solander Dining and Bar.

 

·         Supervising the team, ensuring that brand standards are met, and guest expectations are exceeded.

 

·         Training and developing team members, ensuring they maintain a professional manner.  

 

·         Understanding menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities. 

 

·         Performing duties with a high level of positive enthusiasm.  

· 

What are we looking for?   

·         RSA - Must have a current and valid ‘Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol’ certificate. 

·         Demonstrated experience within hospitality, retail, or fast food leading a team or strong experience in a Food & Beverage role. 

·         Friendly, positive, energetic disposition with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. 

·         A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
