The iconic Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking for its next Food and Beverage Coordinator! Join the amazing banquet team operating over 66,000 square feet of first-class meeting, pre-function, and exhibit facilities, including extensive outdoor areas, our Hawaii convention center resort boasts the largest amount of event space on the outer islands.

 

 

Seeking someone who can multitask, has an eye for detail, can easily operate MS Office and learn internal programs to create banquet checks and complete other administrative duties. Is this you? Come join this amazing team today!

 

Shift Pattern: Flexible availability for weekends/weekdays, nights and holidays required. Scheduling will be based upon banquet events.

 

Wage: $24 per hour

 

Coordinate and implement department activities and projects, as assigned. Provide clerical and office support and assistance to department management.

 

What will I be doing?

 

·  Coordinate projects and activities. This may involve attending meetings, taking notes and acting upon assigned duties to coordinate the assigned project.
·  Maintain communication with departments involved in the assigned project/activity.
·  Route incoming mail, faxes, and packages.
·  Answer telephone and assist internal and external guests with requests.
·  Writes correspondance on behalf of the department. Make copies, sends/distributes outgoing mail. Uses email system to deliver and accept emails.
·  Greet internal and External customers when entering the department. Assists with a variety of requests.
·  Maintains detailed filing system for the department
