Food and Beverage Attendant - Blue Elephant

Job description

Hilton Malta is recruiting for Thai speaking Food & Drink attendants to work mainly within our Blue Elephant Royal Thai Restaurant.

 

Tasks:

•         Ensure a consistent and convincing standard of service, maintaing the brand service standards and

·         adhere to Hilton policies.

•         Active contribution to service & and proper execution of Team Leader’s instructions

•         Participate in internal meetins and training courses

•         Care for guests in line with hotel’s brand standards

•         Active promotion and knowledge of in-house services offered within the hotel.

Requirements:

•         Outgoing, reliable and charismatic

•         Flexible and hardworking, willing to assist guests in all their needs

•         Excellent customer and communication skills

•         Previous work experience in Food & Beverage couple with a formal catering studies qualification will be

•         considered as an asset.

•         A good command of the English launguage & also Thai

•         An eye for detail as well as a flair for meeting people.

 

Training will be provided, however candidates with previous food and drink service experience will be considered as an asset.
