About the Role
As a Specialist within Hilton’s Center of Excellence, you will provide end-to-end support across both Procure to Pay (PTP) and Hire to Retire (HTR) towers. This unique combination offers broad exposure to people and process management within our above-property model, supporting a growing portfolio of hotels.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing Procure to Pay operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong supplier partnerships — including running payment cycles and ensuring full reconciliation at period ends

Delivering accurate and efficient payroll and employee lifecycle processes under Hire to Retire, in coordination with Human Resources and our outsourced payroll provider.

Partnering with hotel teams and regional stakeholders to resolve queries, uphold best-in-class service, and deliver on Hilton’s Customer Promise .

Supporting Hilton’s digital transformation initiatives by driving process improvements and implementing future-focused solutions.
