We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth.

As our Events Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales through proactive client engagement. You will also work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless and memorable experience from initial enquiry through to post-event feedback.

 

Key Responsibilities

·  Create the strategic plan for events, across all event segments.
·  Drive event sales through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
·  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.
·  Prepare event proposals, contracts, and budgets, and negotiate with clients to meet revenue targets.
·  Produce a plan for the creation and distribution of marketing collaterals in collaboration with the marketing team.
·  Conduct site inspections and show rounds with potential clients.
·  Manage all aspects of events including weddings, conferences, banquets, meetings, and private functions.
·  Coordinate with the food & beverage, banqueting, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of events.
·  Monitor event performance, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
·  Maintain accurate records in line with hotel policies and reporting requirements.

Work Experience

·  Proven experience as an Events Manager (hotel or hospitality background preferred).
·  Strong organisational and project management skills.
·  Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
·  Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
·  Strong commercial awareness and sales-driven mindset.
·  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when events require.
