What will I be doing?

As Director of Spa & Recreation, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Lead the overall operations of the spa, fitness center, and recreational facilities

· 
Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue, membership sales, and guest satisfaction

· 
Oversee service excellence and ensure that all areas consistently reflect Hilton's standards

· 
Manage the departmental budget, including forecasting, payroll control, and cost efficiency

· 
Lead, motivate, and develop the Spa & Recreation team to achieve departmental and individual goals

· 
Maintain strong communication and relationships with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience

· 
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards

· 
Stay up to date with wellness trends and implement innovative offerings

What are we looking for?

A Director of Spa & Recreation serving Hilton is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the following attitude, behaviors, skills, and values:

Previous experience as a Spa or Recreation leader in a luxury environment

· 
Strong commercial and leadership skills with a track record of achieving targets

· 
Excellent organizational and communication abilities

· 
Exceptional guest service and people management skills

· 
Relevant certifications in spa therapy, fitness, or wellness (preferred)

· 
Passion for delivering unique and high-quality wellness experiences
