What Will You Be Doing?

As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Collaborate with the Commercial Director to set and implement the Marketing strategy for the business.
• Implement and manage a multichannel Online & Digital Marketing Strategy, including SEO, Email Marketing, Web Content, Social Media, and Press Releases.
• Ensure our hotel is accurately represented on all quality internet sites and online travel agents.
• Devise and coordinate photo and video requirements and opportunities.
• Implement and manage a multichannel Offline Marketing Strategy, including the design and production of all marketing materials such as brochures, posters, etc.
• Provide each department with creative and unique tools to assist in sales and marketing, including events, weddings, food and drinks, sales, etc.
• Oversee the budget of the marketing department, ensuring budget spend delivers a return on investment.
• Maintain effective internal communications and act as a liaison between Head Office and the Hotel to ensure all sales and promotional opportunities are identified and advertised effectively to potential guests.
• Manage the relationship with 3^rd party vendors, suppliers and partners with respect to services, organization of events and facilitation of collaborations.

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience: Hotel experience will be considered an asset.
• Project Management: Proven knowledge of creating, leading, and managing projects to tight deadlines.
• Marketing Expertise: Understanding of key functions relating to marketing strategies and initiatives whilst managing multiple work streams and stakeholders.
• Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective and realistic marketing plans and strategies, including budget evaluation, management, and reporting.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate key information to all levels of management using various communication tools. Czech will be considered an asset.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to think analytically, critically, and strategically when faced with unique opportunities and challenges, prioritizing and identifying productive solutions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, including strong leadership and cultural sensitivity.
• Adaptability: Ability to relate to the marketing world and adapt to changing priorities quickly and with ease.
• Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously whilst keeping all parties informed.
• Creativity and Attention to Detail: Creatively minded with a thirst to work in marketing for the hospitality industry and demonstrated self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
