Job description

This Team Member will be responsible for all Reception Desk administration of the Corporate Regional Office in Dubai and providing support to the Regional team in the running of the day-to-day office operations. They will oversee and ensure a smooth workflow in the Regional office.

What will I be doing?
• Answering and screening income phone calls
• Receiving and sending of courier pack and parcels
• Guidance to all visitors to Regional Office
• Manage and book online meeting rooms
• Message with Property Office
• Purchasing of office stationary and pantry supplies
• Office monthly payment
• Office festival decorations
• Order printing of business cards
• Other admin workload together with office admin

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:
• Previous relevant administrative, or personal assistant experience
• Fluent in English and Arabic

Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant University Degree in Hospitality/Administration or equivalent
• Any additional languages
• Experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager/Professional Receptionist or similar
