Hilton's Commercial Services organization is comprised of over 5,000 team members driving our sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. These functions are the core of Hilton's “commercial engine” and are key to Hilton's ability to drive profitable growth.

What will I be doing?

As the Revenue Management Support Coordinator, you will improve hotel revenues by ensuring hotel content, rates, availability and other hotel details are accurately reflected in all applicable distribution channels including but not limited to the: Central Reservation System (CRS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and Global Web. You will ensure it will be maintained in a timely and accurate manner in coordination with the hotel and applicable corporate support teams in these systems. In the Coordinator role, you will have responsibility for handling tasks with information provided and providing support to the manager to complete tasks within required timeframes.

More specifically, you will:

· Manage team mailbox and monitors workflow with analysts and other coordinators.
· Support analysts, hotels and corporate partners by updating systems for informational content, booking policies and proper hotel set up.
· Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy of information in all relevant systems and processes.
· Coordinate support of the Revenue Management Support and assist analysts, hotels and internal groups with all relevant questions.
· Bring to attention any opportunities or risks which may affect the customer or business and takes ownership to work with management to implement solutions to address.
· Provide support to analyst, hotel and corporate personnel by answering procedural or system questions related to applicable processes and distribution channels.
· Use internal tools to track status work requests, and produce internal status reports as needed.
· Review research and responses to information requests from internal departments and management.
· Handle other minor projects related to updating hotel information into the various distribution channels as required by the hotels and/or corporate directives.
· Attend team or departmental meetings pertinent to work assignments and address challenges and opportunities accordingly.
· Participate in training and development activities within the team and on a personal basis.
· Work on action plans to address opportunities within your respective team. Using good judgment, stabilize your workload and prioritize work with the greatest impact.
· Provide and implement training plans for new team members.
· Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with internal team members, key corporate personnel and partners.
· Assist in scheduling of tasks and advising of required resources.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

·  Two (2) years of professional experience in a corporate environment
·  Intermediate experience working with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite applications

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

·  BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
·  Four (4) years of professional experience in a corporate environment
·  Two (2) years of Management Experience
·  Experience working with VBA and SQL languages that power the Microsoft Excel, Access and SQL Server applications
·  Current skills Certification such as Revenue Administrator with Hilton Worldwide
·  Experience working with Central Reservations, Global Distribution Systems and Internal Hilton applications What will it be like to work for Hilton?
