Job Requirements

·  Perform duties in accordance with official quality standards and operating procedures
·  Work and prepare in accordance with recipes, quality and presentation standards and food preparation checklists
·  Checking raw materials to ensure quality and reporting shortages 
·  Checking and ensuring correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food and reporting issues to management
·  Keeping all kitchen areas clean and tidy
·  Ensuring that hygiene & safety rules are adhered to the kitchen area, as well as personal hygiene procedures

Work Experience

·  Graduate of culinary school
·  Previous work experience in a similar position specializing in Mediterranean cuisine
·  Excellent knowledge of hygiene, safety and food management
·  Good knowledge of English and Greek language
