Casa Marina is located in the southernmost point in the U.S., Key West and embodies the elegance and character of Old Key West offering an exciting opportunity to be a part of this award-winning team. Nestled along the southern edge of the island overlooking more than 1,100 feet of private beach, this historic hotel has 311 rooms, 4 food and beverage outlets, and over 11,000 square feet of banquet space.

What will I be doing?

As a Senior Sales Manager, you would be responsible for representing the hotel’s services and facilities to prospective clients and customers in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

·  Responds to sales inquiries and proactively initiates new sales opportunities
·  Prospects, qualifies leads, and solicits potential clients
·  Hosts and entertains clients, conducts site visits, and addresses client questions
·  Determines pricing, prepares sales proposals, and negotiates contracts
·  Manages and services assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction
·  Analyzes lost business to identify opportunities for improvement
·  Develops and executes sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed revenue and room night goals
·  Collaborates with internal departments to ensure all contracted services are delivered as requested
