About Hilton Garden Inn Suva
Currently still under construction, this 178 room Hilton Garden Inn will be the first located in Fiji and will be offering our guests exceptional Hilton service that is also affordable. Notably the first waterfront development in Suva which holds notoriety as Fiji’s capital and most populous city, the hotel will sport an All-Day Dining restaurant, bar and swimming pool.
Position: Commercial Manager
What will I be doing?
As the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in the strategic management of the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:
· Providing professional, advisory, and executive support to the Hotel Manager in meeting strategic goals.
· Planning and developing marketing strategies and promotion plans.
· Overseeing the development and implementation of the hotel’s sales and marketing plans.
· Setting clear objectives for the Business Development team and conducting performance reviews.
· Managing all marketing activities and ensuring efficient utilization of departmental resources.
· Conducting market research, establishing pricing strategies, and setting sales targets.
· Managing guest relations and client services, including feedback and communication.
· Managing departmental expenses and budget, and preparing monthly forecasts.
· Promoting the hotel, its image, facilities, and services to the general public and the community.
· Liaising with the corporate office to ensure smooth flow of all business development initiatives.
