Job description

What will I be doing?
The Multi Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance in all areas of the property, ensuring that all equipment, systems, and facilities are operating efficiently and safely. The role requires multi-skilled technical abilities across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance disciplines to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Carry out daily maintenance tasks and respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.

· 
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, guest rooms, and public areas according to schedule.

· 
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and other mechanical systems.

· 
Inspect and maintain lighting, switches, sockets, and other electrical fixtures.

· 
Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including water lines, drainage, and sanitary systems.

· 
Support the installation and servicing of air-conditioning units, pumps, motors, and other mechanical systems.

· 
Assist in carpentry, painting, and general repair work when needed.

· 
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, tools, and spare parts usage.

· 
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

· 
Report any hazards, malfunctions, or potential issues to the supervisor immediately.

· 
Assist in energy conservation programs and support environmental sustainability initiatives.

· 
Provide technical assistance during events, guest requests, and emergencies.

·  Previous experience in a similar role
· 
Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance or a related technical field.

· 
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a technician, preferably in a hotel or commercial facility.

· 
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and safety standards.

· 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· 
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

· 
Good communication skills in English.
