Located on the edge of the Parc du Château de Versailles, in a veritable green setting, the Waldorf Astoria Versailles Trianon Palace offers its guests the chance to discover 199 rooms and suites in the Trianon Palace ***** as well as its Pavillon ****; a brasserie restaurant La Véranda and its Bar galerie, a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant Gordon Ramsay; lounges and conference centers for organizing various events; as well as a fitness center and its luxurious Guerlain Spa.
In a context of development and optimization of outsourced revenues, the Sales Director's main mission is to manage and structure the sales, marketing and event strategy (C&E - Conferences and Events). He guarantees the growth of turnover by developing partnerships, optimizing sales strategies and strengthening the company's visibility.
Main missions:
Commercial Strategy and Sales Development:
· Develop and implement the commercial strategy in line with the company's vision.
· Define and manage sales objectives by integrating the issues related to revenue outsourcing.
· Identify and develop new markets and growth opportunities.
· Supervise the entire sales cycle and ensure the achievement of commercial objectives.
Conferences & Events (C&E):
· Design and deploy an event strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
· Manage the organization and marketing of events to maximize revenue.
· Negotiate with partners and sponsors to optimize the profitability of events.
· Ensure competitive intelligence to anticipate trends and adjust offers.
Marketing & Communication:
· Define the marketing strategy and ensure its alignment with growth objectives.
· Supervise communication and branding campaigns to strengthen awareness.
· Collaborate with digital teams to optimize online presence and lead generation.
· Implement analysis tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales actions.
Performance Management and Steering:
· Analyze sales performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Ensure optimized management of sales and marketing budgets.
· Supervise and lead sales and marketing teams to ensure a dynamic of success.
· Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, partners and service providers.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience in luxury sales management with expertise in C&E, sales and marketing.
· Solid experience in outsourced revenue management.
· Negotiation skills, partnership development and key account management.
· Mastery of sales strategies, digital marketing and event communication.
· Strong analytical skills to drive performance and optimize ROI.
