Work Experience
Your Role:
To actively participate in all activities of the Sales Department specifically drive the sales team to ensure that the hotel achieves their sales targets and objectives. You will drive and manage business across all segments, to continually improve revenue performance in line with budget and increase market share.
The ideal candidate
· Foreseeing challenges and successfully implementing strategies to maximise on business.
· Strong analytical skills in identifying trends that will impact future performance
· Excellent communication skills
· Manage social media presence and direct programs
· Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategy, overseeing implementation of the Marketing Plan
· Review the Sales production using appropriate analytical tools
· Monitor, analyse reports & activities
· Leading the activity with RFP season with regards to Wish/Want/Walk process, identifying new business opportunities
· Implementing and writing forecasts & budgets in conjunction with the GM and Revenue Manager to present to the owning companies.
· Lead, Develop and Manage a Team
· Experience using OnQ (desirable) and Delphi and other 3rd Party Extranets and all Microsoft programmes.
