Position Purpose
As the Cluster Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s annual recruitment strategy. Your role will involve driving recruitment activities to ensure effectiveness aligns with business requirements while enhancing our reputation as the best employer brand in the market.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Analysis
· Annual Planning: Assist with the annual hotel manning budget by participating in headcount discussions with department heads.
· Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement the annual recruitment strategy to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
· Effectiveness Analysis: Analyze recruitment effectiveness and market trends, proposing adjustments to the Cluster Director of Human Resources.
Recruitment Activities
· Channel Management: Maintain and explore effective recruitment channels, executing activities and fostering strong relationships with these networks.
· Job Postings: Ensure timely posting of all open positions on recruitment platforms, ensuring content meets brand standards.
· Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates, conduct initial interviews for positions below director level, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
· Campus Engagement: Travel to schools, colleges, and universities to execute recruitment activities and site inspections.
Candidate Management and Communication
· Data Management: Manage candidate resumes and personal information, establishing an effective reporting system for recruitment activities.
· Candidate Communication: Provide timely feedback to candidates and clearly communicate onboarding requirements, assisting in the onboarding process.
Training and Development
· Training Delivery: Conduct training on recruitment processes, systems, and interview skills for hotel based HR admin and hiring managers.
Administrative and Contract Management
· Contract Management: Participate in campus agreements, recruitment platform agreements, and monitor service quality during contract periods.
· System Updates: Update and monitor recruitment and HR-related systems, conducting necessary training.
· Reporting: Deliver accurate recruitment reports promptly.
Requirements
· Rich experience in recruitment, including practical experience in talent discovery and introduction, organization and personnel adjustment, and team member career design
· Demonstrates a willingness and ability to continuously learn new recruitment methods and techniques in order to remain current with the latest trends in the HR field.
· Adherence to the highest professional ethics and standards, maintaining integrity and transparency.
· Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and foster high levels of employee engagement.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with owners, stakeholders, and staff.
· Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; additional languages are a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above is usually required, with background in human resource management or related majors.
