Job Requirements

The  Food & Beverage Manager  is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at a Hotelleading property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial profitability. This role manages restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations while maintaining high service standards, quality control, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The Food & Beverage Manager collaborates with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership to drive revenue growth, enhance guest satisfaction, and implement innovative dining concepts. The position requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.

·       Ensure the highest levels of service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

·       Develop with Group Director of F&B and implement strategic plans to increase F&B revenue and profitability.

·       Monitor food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and overall budget performance.

·       Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and refine menus that align with guest preferences and market trends.

·       Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to maintain high performance and service excellence.

·       Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations.

·       Develop and execute promotional activities, special events, and seasonal offerings to drive guest engagement.

·       Analyze guest feedback and implement service improvements where necessary.

·       Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to position the hotel’s F&B offerings competitively in the market.

·      Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency in food, beverage, and service standards.

Work Experience

Skills & Qualifications:

·  Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach to operations.
·  Proven ability to drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and enhance guest satisfaction.
·  Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, trends, and industry best practices.
·  Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
·  Experience with F&B management software, POS systems, and inventory control tools.
·  Ability to manage multiple outlets, large teams, and high-volume operations.
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
