Position Purpose
As the Cluster Commercial Executive, you will support the Cluster Commercial Director, Cluster Sales Manager, and Cluster Digital Marketing Manager in driving revenue within all cluster hotels of multiple hotel properties.
In this role, you will help develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and priority actions, support sales contracting, administrative tasks, and ensure effective communication across departments and our hotels in the cluster. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential in achieving the cluster’s commercial targets while fostering a collaborative environment among team members.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
· Organize and regularly check all commercial documents and data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
· Handle business development emails, maintain the office filing system, and keep accurate documentation records.
· Assist in preparing records and reports for the Cluster Sales Manager, Cluster Digital Marketing Manager, and Cluster Commercial Director.
· Support the Commercial & Sales Team by completing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the department, and to enable the team to meet their targets.
· Support in loading rates correctly into systems/channels.
· Assist in sales conversion where required.
· Support in creation of commercial reports.
Sales and Marketing Assistance:
· Assist with quotations, contracts, and reservations.
· Update and maintain guest information and handle inquiries from guests and hotel sales specialists.
· Support the execution of online marketing initiatives, manage digital content , and distribute promotions across various channels.
· Be willing to learn and take on other sales responsibilities where required, ensuring optimal support for the team.
Operational Efficiency:
· Manage the application of all purchase orders, follow-ups, and keep records of all purchase orders.
· Ensure that collateral and promotional materials are always available.
· Participate in discussions on sales and activities, and issue communications and information regarding sales.
· Foster effective communication across departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
· Relevant experience in a commercial department; experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
· Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; additional languages are advantageous.
Qualifications
A Junior College degree or equivalent, a related field is preferred.
