Job Requirements

Our future 5-star hotel, Sax, is assembling its opening team and is looking for a future Chef de rang.

Your primary mission: Ensure that each of our guests has an exceptional experience.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Service:

·  Perform cleaning, setup, and arrangement of sales points.
·  Set up the service area.
·  Participate in service.
·  Take orders in accordance with the hotel's standards.
·  Prepare for the next service by advancing setup.

Guest Relations:

·  Provide a personalized and high-quality welcome for each guest.
·  Lead and contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience.
·  Proactively suggest ways to improve the guest experience.
·  Report complaints to your supervisor and offer solutions for resolution.
·  Be able to advise guests on pairing food and wine.

Quality:

·  Adhere to the hotel’s service standards.
·  Represent the hotel’s values and, by extension, those of the Compagnie de Phalsbourg.
·  Have a deep knowledge of the menu and products offered.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

·  Work closely with other departments to streamline both the guest and employee experience. In this regard, the employee should demonstrate versatility across various food and beverage outlets.
·  Foster a positive environment and encourage collaboration.

Work Experience

Desired Profile:

·  Be reactive and well-organized.
·  Excellent communication skills.
·  Previous experience preferred.
