Job Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie – Arabic/Oriental Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in preparing authentic Arabic and Oriental dishes, with excellent culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Prepare and present high-quality Arabic and Oriental dishes in accordance with hotel standards.
·  Supervise and coordinate activities of the assigned kitchen section to ensure smooth operations.
·  Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
·  Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning, costing, and quality control.
·  Train and guide junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food presentation, and portion control.
·  Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all dishes.
·  Monitor inventory levels, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.

Work Experience

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Arabic/Oriental cuisine.

Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.

Strong knowledge of Arabic and Oriental dishes, spices, and preparation methods.

Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP certified preferred).

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and passion for culinary excellence.
