As an Associate Property Engagement Platform, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Global Deployment & Change Management team reporting to Manager, Property Engagement Platform, you will support projects including the deployment of PEP, Hilton's new PMS system.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

·  Communicate and engage with hotels leading up to migration.
·  Configure and build the system database.
·  Export guest and financial data from OnQ and import into Hilton's new PMS while ensuring both systems are in balance.
·  Set up hardware and system interfaces.
·  Provide remote or onsite hotel training and support.
·  Assist in special projects and ad hoc property support assigned by the Manager and/or Senior Associate.

How you will collaborate with others:

·  Liase with hotel management team about remote and onsite activities and training.
·  Participate in information sharing with other team members through approved platforms and internal department and training calls.
·  Collaborate with internal and external support teams to resolve system issues.

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

·  Multiple stages of a remote and onsite PEP deployment which includes communication, configuration, database build, data migration, testing interfaces, and training.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

·  Professional work experience in Technology or related field
·  Work experience using Hotel Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems Daily
·  Solid understanding of Hilton's PMS, CRS, and interfaces
·  Domestic and international travel up to 80%

It would be useful if you have:

·  Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
·  Three (3) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
·  Two (2) + years of work experience using Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems Daily
·  Proven track record as a successful systems installer
·  Knowledge in the following: point of sale systems, networking experience, desktop support, Linux, XML, Basic SQL, JSON
·  Experience troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems
·  Bilingual
