What You Will Do:

·  Partner closely with our Front Desk Manager, providing seamless support and clear communication across teams.
·  Contribute to scheduling, training, and ensuring team focus on key performance indicators (KPIs).
·  Be the welcoming face of our hotel, creating memorable first impressions with a friendly, genuine approach.
·  Lead and inspire our front desk team with energy and positivity, fostering a spirit of collaboration and excellence.
·  Handle guest interactions with creativity and care, ensuring every problem has a personalized solution.
·  Maintain top-tier service quality by upholding Hilton standards and responding to social media reviews with flair.
·  Shine under pressure, resolving guest concerns and emergencies with confidence and sound judgment.

What You Will Bring:

·  Prior experience in supervisory roles within the hotel industry, particularly in the operations area.
·  Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently are essential.
·  A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
·  Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
·  Proficiency in OPERA and Microsoft Office.
·  A love for problem-solving and taking on challenges.
·  Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
