Job description
The Assistant Content Media Manager is a detail-oriented and motivated content creator responsible for producing high-quality video and photography assets for the Hotel. This role focuses on generating innovative and engaging marketing materials that resonate with customer interests, anticipate trends, and support marketing initiatives across all platforms.
What will I be doing?
· Content Conceptualization: Develop creative and innovative content strategies to enhance guest engagement.
· Content Production: Shoot, review, edit, and update content for both internal and external Hotel platforms.
· Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to propose effective marketing and communication strategies that enhance customer engagement and promote the Hotel.
· Strategic Integration: Incorporate media into the Hotel’s marketing strategy and campaigns as needed.
· Brand Compliance: Adhere to Waldorf Astoria brand guidelines and best practices while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

· High level of IT skills, including Adobe Suite or similar software

· Previous experience in a Luxury Brand or Hotel
