About Hilton Supply Management:
Hilton Supply Management (HSM) leverages its expertise to forecast and manage the supply chain for over 15,000 hotels, including 8,000 non-Hilton-branded properties. HSM negotiates competitive contracts with top suppliers, ensuring significant savings for our hotel partners.
Position Statement:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager Customer Engagement North & Central Europe, you will work closely with the Regional Procurement Manager Germany and team. Your role involves business development and account management, driving scale and revenue for Hilton.
Position Summary: In this role you will
Focus on Account Management and Business Development (65%)
· Visit partner hotels to realize savings using HSM’s suppliers.
· Serve as the first point of contact for clients.
· Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
· Explore opportunities for new and existing customers.
· Onboard new hotels and ensure familiarity with suppliers and purchasing software.
· Monitor participation in Hilton Programs to drive scale, savings, and revenue.
Data Management (15%)
· Gather data from various sources like Salesforce and BirchStreet.
· Maintain systems and procedural documentation.
· Assist with onboarding new customers and evaluating accounts.
Administrative & Support Activities (20%)
· Provide project and admin support to the Supply Management team.
· Conduct training and implementation of Birch Street for new properties.
· Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing support materials.
Successful candidates
· Are experienced in account management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
· Have excellent communication skills in German and English .
· Are results-driven, ambitious, and motivated.
· Have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
· Are proficient in Excel and quick to learn new programs.
· 30% to 40% travel required, mostly across Germany.
