Are you looking for a brand management role to manage the integration of pharmaceutical brands and execute the marketing campaign to optimize the customer experience? If so, this role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.
As Product Manager , you will lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated multichannel campaigns for promoted portfolio products across the assigned region. You will also create brand strategies, execution plans and manage the resource allocation within the brands based on customer insight.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
· Responsible for aligning customer segments and leverage service to deliver brand and an exceptional customer experience plan
· Responsible for translating insights for future marketing strategies
· Ensure comprehension of Product/Therapy Area strategy to select, customize and share global content to Local Operating Companies (LOCs)
· Develop the end to end portfolio marketing customer experience plan with LoC input based on available data and channel mix deliverables
· Flawlessly execute local/ global Integrated Campaigns and to address the customer needs.
· Engage with Medical to gain customer insights from employees and key customer groups to ensure deep customer insight and respond to customer needs
· Manage local congresses, and GSK sponsored digital and face to face events
· Collaborate with third party stakeholders and global teams in terms of local implementation
· Understand business analytics and respond accordingly to ensure customer engagement, delivery of pharmaceutical share growth and increase touchpoints
· Provide relevant insight to the Global Brand Teams so needs of the markets are understood and evaluated
· Develop a media plan in line with Global strategy to ensure an appropriate integration with the Global campaign objectives and use of the marketing mix
· Manage agency and cross-functional relationships at local level to deliver breakthrough results
· Drive superior execution of programs and plans to bring the brand strategies to life, including for example media, creative development, digital programs
· Collaborate with the sales team to drive strong HCP engagements
· Formulate and implement product marketing goals, strategies, plans and programs to ensure share of market and profitability of products
· Harmonize the integrated campaigns in line with market needs, proposal of solutions and identification of gaps in content or technology

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 3+ years’ experience in marketing and/or sales
· Knowledge of marketing ways of working and code of promotion
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing
· Service/Customer oriented
· Experience in Omnichannel marketing
· Experience crafting high-impact customer experience plans that conform to local market needs
· Excellence in execution of prioritization, communication, stakeholder management, tracking and problem solving
