MISSION:
AspartoftheProductionUnitandattachedtotheheadoftheMethodsProductionteam,youareinvolvedinimprovingtheefficiencyofproductionequipment.Inthiscontext,youinterveneonperformanceandprocess/productmasteryintermsofsafety,qualityandergonomics.Todothis,youareaskedto:Puttinginplaceapproachestothecausesofnon-performanceHostprojectfollow-upmeetingswithproductionandcross-cuttingstaff.PuttinginplaceperformancemeasurementindicatorsBuildandpilotaTRS,5S,SMED,5M,5M,Design,deployandtrackactionswithaviewtoprocessimprovementTakeintoaccountoperationalmasteryandtrainingthroughthemodusoperandiofthemeans.YoualsoparticipateinthedailyactionstobecarriedoutintheProductionUnit(optimizationofproductionresources,development,etc.).
PROFILE:
AstudentinBAC-5orientedMechanicalEngineeringorIndustrialEngineering,youliketobeinthefieldandwanttogainsignificantexperienceofproductionmethodsonanindustrialsitewithinalargeinternationalgroup.Yoursenseofinitiative,yourautonomy,yourrigor,yourteamspirit,youradaptabilityandanalysiswillallowyoutosucceedthismission.
