Job description
MAIN MISSIONS
Within Strategic Insights Department (around 20 people in the world), you will develop research and data analysis to further understand consumers & shoppers, Bel brands, categories and competitors, and to help the teams to develop and implement relevant brand, innovation and category strategies in France. You will also contribute to transversal project (transversal/Multi brands/Multi countries).
You will act as a business partner for France Marketing and Sales teams & directions :
* Assessing business and brand performances, identifying business challenges, defining dedicated learning plan to nourish with fact-based recommendation the BU decision process
* Inspiring teams with market, consumers, shoppers, competitor’s insights
* Interacting with Marketing and Sales teams in a posture of impact and influence to be the ambassador of people centricity
In detail, you will be in charge to :
1)Define relevant learning agenda, and conduct all consumer & shopper researches to ensure the best execution of marketing plan:
* Building the most relevant learning agenda & managing budget
* Translating marketing objectives in research objectives & recommending best research methodologies
* Managing Research Agencies partnership and leveraging their added value
* Turning researches outcomes in clear and actionable business recommendations
2) Consolidate and expand data culture (mainly panel) and usage within Bel Marketing and Sales team
* Managing panels suppliers (within the frame of global agreements) and engaging them into an added value relationship
* Leveraging the usage of the data by ensuring the right level of skills within the teams, developing tools, dashboards and analysis templates, challenging the teams analysis and recommendations (with the support of the Global Data analysis Director in SI Global team).
3) Participate in BEL gSI community animation
* Actively contributing to global SI topics and accompanying global researches led in France
* Ensuring bottom up communication from local to central SI team and infusing central SI team recommendations and best practices in local
* Contributing when needed to transversal SI topics ( target exploration, category vision, …)
PROFILE/SKILLS
* Education & Experience:
- Minimum7 years of experience and expertise as business analyst & consumer insights manager. Panel knowledge is mandatory.
- Fluent English speaking and used to work in English
* Competencies & Skills:
You have a strong interest to marketing, including communication, media, innovation, retail, digital and data. You are strongly business oriented.
You like working in team, especially in a multicultural environment.
You are autonomous, with strong influence skills, and use to think out of the box and challenge dogmas and preconceived truths.
You can combine a robust drive spirit, ability to overcome obstacles, simplification, accountability, and enthusiasm.

Located: at Bel Headquarters, 2 allée de Longchamp 92150 Suresnes, France
Job: Full time / Immediate availability
The SI manager France belongs to the global SI team within the Central Marketing Transformation team. You have a direct reporting line to the European SI Director, based in Suresnes, and a functional reporting line to the Marketing Director of France.
