Job Description
We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to support our Project Management team in the Central Europe cluster (Germany, Poland) with contract management aspects. Working hours can be scheduled flexibly and individually in mutual agreement.
Your Responsibilities:
· Support the Project Management team with project contractual activities, from the initial hand-over from Commercial through to final project acceptance by the client and the resolution of all outstanding contractual obligations
· Make analysis of contractual clauses in systematic and structured way
· Identify risk and opportunities in contractual conditions
· Participate in project reviews and contribute to its preparation
· Drive project start-ups through comprehensive contract analysis and the development of robust Contract Execution strategy
· Serve as advisor to project managers, including claim and counterclaim activity
· Provide guidance on contractual aspects of sourcing, procurement, engineering, site management, construction, commissioning, and testing
· Collaborate with service teams to manage defect notifications and resolution procedures during the warranty period
· Promote contract management perspective in the team
Your Profile:
· Studies in Contract Law, Contract Management, Project Management or a comparable field. Electrical engineering background will be a significant plus
· Independent, reliable, and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
· Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and excellent teamwork abilities, including in virtual teams, willing to learn
· Last but not least: very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
