Role Summary/Purpose

The Wellstream Technology and Product Leadership analyst will play a key role in supporting the growth of the business with specific reference to 3 main areas:

·  Technology - functional costs pacing, forecasting and reporting, cost liquidation through OCPH

·  NPI - from project selection to project execution (budgeting, pacing, forecasting, reporting)

·  Product Leadership - focus on product cost, implement Wellstream Cost Handbook

Essential Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for:

Technology

·  QMI - responsible for setting up the process, ensure timely and accurate submissions from the functions, prepare the QMI package for Technology

·  Month end - work with the Wellstream RoW FP&A leader to ensure timely and accurate month close

·  Quarter end - work with the Wellstream RoW FP&A leader in driving quarter end execution.

·  Closing package - develop quarterly closing package for Technology

·  Planning - ensure timely and accurate submission from the functions for SII and OP processes. Complete all the submissions to Wellstream FP&A HQ.
NPI

·  Project selection - support the business in the project selection by establishing a clear process, template and KPIs to be used to assess the project ROI and Payback time

·  Budgeting - support the team in building the budget cost to execute the project

·  Pacing and forecasting - support the team in pacing and forecasting costs for the month and the quarter, identify risk and ops and put in place the right actions to mitigate the risks and maximize the opportunities

·  Project reviews - establish operating rhythm to monitor the execution of the projects on the variables (i) cost (ii) timing (ii) link to orders
Product Leadership

·  Product cost - develop process to monitor the product cost dynamics, ultimately validating the real impact of productivity initiatives (Deflation, Engineering VCP, Manufacturing VCP)

·  Cost handbook - develop a standard repeatable process to build and maintain the cost handbook to estimate project and product cost in an accurate and timely manner

·  Product cost out - develop and maintain a product cost out tracker to monitor the execution of product cost out projects

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent knowledge and experience

·  Strong analytical ability & leadership skills

·  Strong oral and written communication skills

·  Independent self-starter

·  PC proficiency (including Microsoft Office)

·  Solid finance experience

·  Solid interpersonal and leadership skills
