Role Summary/Purpose

New Position in Global Maintenance
In this new position in Global Maintenance you will be based in our plant in Goleniów ,Poland and support the Maintenance department by consolidating our spare parts database in One LM (Axapta). You will report to Sr. Manager, Global Maintenance, and work closely with other global colleagues
Essential Responsibilities

Consolidation and Standardization
Are the key words for your work.

You will primarily work with our ERP system, Axapta, and you will co-operate with a number of internal stakeholders across LM Global Organization in order to agree how to make an technical item set-up, get technical information about the details and make them public inside One LM.

Your daily tasks will consist of everything related to setting up, standardising and consolidating the spare parts database, such as:

• Create items, follow item naming convention
• Manage existing items linked to production equipment and naming convention
• Link existing items to EAM objects
• Consider spend time in our Headquarter in DK
• Other ad hoc tasks in Global Maintenance
Qualifications/Requirements

In order to standardize the spare parts database, you need to understand the structure of the database.

You probably have a technical or a mechanical education, or perhaps you are now studying for your bachelor, and can work 16-24 hours a week besides your studies at the beginning, 3-4 months later full time will be required.

You have a flair for IT, and you can use MS office. It will be an advantage if you are familiar with ERP systems and especially Axapta, but if not we can teach you. Most importantly is that you have a technical understanding and structured working habits and that you can keep the overview in a busy environment.

English is our corporate language, and it is essential that you have English skills on a high level, both in writing and speech.
