We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EHS Supervisor to join our team in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be a field-based EHS professional responsible for the day-to-day implementation and supervision of EHS programs and initiatives at our [Plant Type] facility. This role is crucial in fostering a strong safety culture, improving compliance, and ensuring the well-being of all employees and contractors. The EHS Supervisor will play a key role in enhancing our understanding and application of fundamental EHS principles, while also promoting an open and transparent reporting environment. Roles and Responsibilities:

·  EHS Program Implementation & Supervision:
·  Conduct regular EHS inspections, audits, and walk-throughs to identify hazards and non-compliance, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
·  Supervise and monitor adherence to EHS policies, procedures, and regulations (e.g., Permenaker, internal standards) on the plant floor.
·  Actively participate in and lead daily toolbox talks, pre-job safety meetings, and other EHS communication sessions.
·  Assist in the development and delivery of EHS training programs for employees and contractors, focusing on core EHS principles.
·  Oversee the implementation of emergency response plans and participate in drills.
·  Deepening EHS Understanding & Application:
·  Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to employees and contractors on safe work practices, with a particular emphasis on:
·  Working at Height: Ensuring proper use of fall protection equipment, setting up safe access, and conducting pre-work assessments.
·  Confined Space Entry: Verifying permit compliance, atmospheric monitoring, and establishing proper rescue procedures.
·  Electrical Safety (LOTO): Ensuring strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout procedures for energy isolation and safe electrical work.
·  Contractor Management: Overseeing contractor EHS performance, conducting contractor orientations, and ensuring compliance with site safety rules.
·  Collaborate with production teams to integrate EHS considerations into operational planning and execution.
·  Assist in the development of detailed Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for high-risk tasks.
·  Promoting Open Reporting & Culture:
·  Actively encourage and facilitate open reporting of all EHS incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions without fear of reprisal.
·  Conduct initial investigations of incidents and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions, emphasizing a learning culture.
·  Participate in the development and communication of EHS performance metrics and trends to foster transparency.
·  Serve as a visible EHS presence on the plant floor, engaging with employees to build trust and promote a proactive safety mindset.
·  Compliance & Documentation:
·  Ensure accurate and timely documentation of EHS inspections, training records, incident reports, and other relevant data.
·  Assist in maintaining EHS permits and licenses in compliance with local regulations.
·  Support the EHS Manager in preparing for external audits and inspections.

Qualifications:

·  Education: Minimum Diploma (D-3) degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable institution.
·  Experience:
·  At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an EHS supervisory or senior EHS technician role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
·  Proven experience in implementing and supervising EHS programs, particularly in areas such as working at height, confined space, electrical safety, and contractor management.
·  Demonstrated ability to investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend effective corrective actions.
·  Experience in promoting a positive safety culture and encouraging open reporting.

·  Certifications:
·  Preferably certified AK3 Umum (Ahli K3 Umum) by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) of Indonesia.
·  Additional certifications in specific EHS areas (e.g., First Aid, Fire Safety, confined space entry supervisor) are a strong plus.

·  Skills & Attributes:
·  Solid understanding of Indonesian EHS regulations and standards (e.g., Permenaker No. 5 Tahun 1996, No. 3 Tahun 1998, etc.).
·  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia. English proficiency is a plus.
·  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively coach, influence, and collaborate with employees at all levels.
·  Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·  A proactive and pragmatic approach to EHS, with a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
·  Willing to work overtime per the operations necessity
