Role Summary/Purpose
Provide financial planning, analysis, & reporting support around headcount, spend, and related areas as part of Tax & Treasury FP&A team during planning, pacing, and quarter close. Coordinate with the Tax and Treasury functional leaders and teams to drive progress toward quarterly and annual spend and headcount targets. Liaise with various teams including Tax and Treasury functional teams, HQ FP&A team, business Tax, Treasury, and FP&A teams, Sourcing team, and others as needed to ensure alignment of planning forecasts, pacing of spend and headcount, and actuals reporting. Work closely with broader HQ, business, and Tax and Treasury teams toward process improvements in reporting, metrics tracking, and forecasting processes and roll-ups. Provide training as needed in areas such as purchase order set-up and tracking, invoice processing, etc. Guide and coordinate on Transformation projects.
Essential Responsibilities
- Coordinate expense and headcount planning and reporting processes including preparing quarterly/annual financial forecasts and supporting monthly pacing and monthly/quarter close activity and reporting.
- Identify, articulate, and track risks and opportunities relevant to the forecast/pacing period.
- Provide budget to actuals walks with key drivers to facilitate understanding of actual spend levels and inform annual forecast.
- Summarize and present data to senior leadership
- Coordinate across cross functional teams including functional teams, HQ, and business units.
- Support review and execution of liquidation methodology analysis and alignment.
- Support Transformation projects as needed.
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and drive the same for the business/functions while coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of finance experience
- Experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Financial modeling skills including using relational database and developing reporting tools
- Proficient use of financial systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
Desired Characteristics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
- Experience and knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and modeling
- Advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, develop action plans, and deliver timely results
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to identify and analyze complex issues, develop appropriate action plans, and deliver timely results
- Ability to lead projects and assignments
Please note that we are targeting for the selected candidate to start in this role in early June 2025.
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $97,000 USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a 5% discretionary annual target bonus.
