What you’ll do;

1. Public Relations:

·  Serve as the account manager and primary focal point for KDIPA, managing communication, reporting, and documentation.  
·  Act as the account owner for the Public Authority of Industry, overseeing relevant communications as GEV focal point.  
·  Organize community engagement activities with universities, schools, and embassies.  
·  Manage the company registration process with authorities and onboard new customers.  

2. Project Management:

·  Plan and oversee pass-through projects for third parties by handling planning, financial reporting, documentation, and operational contract reviews.  

3. Communications and Events:

·  Coordinate with GEV's communications teams on Kuwait-specific initiatives and events.  
·  Monitor relevant developments in Kuwait that may impact the business and implement marketing or outreach initiatives accordingly.  

4. MOU and University Partnerships:

·  Manage and activate existing MOUs with universities in Kuwait.  
·  Build and explore potential new academic partnerships to support organizational growth.  

5. Internship Program Management:

·  Lead and oversee the internship programs by coordinating with HR and collaborating with schools and universities.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications);

·  The role based in Kuwait - This role requires 1-3 years experience in the Services & General Operations Support. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

·  Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
