Role Summary/Purpose

As Sr Enterprise Application Engineer – BIOPROD GSC, you will be responsible for creating strong working relationships within the Healthcare Global Supply Chain function and LS ERP and GSC IT support organizations.
Essential Responsibilities

You will partner with Supply Chain Business and IT teams and work closely with a diverse dev-ops team of architects, developers and operations personnel across global locations including US, Poland, UK, and India.

Essential Responsibilities:
As a domain expert for Biopharma Oracle ERP GSC (Product), you will partner with Global Supply Chain at management and technical levels to develop/define/refine the Product strategy, support and influence Product direction and execute agreed upon strategy on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for the day to day operations of the Product, and ensure the Product is kept up and running meeting internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

In this role, you will:

·  Architect and design sound/supportable solutions to complex business requirements

·  Align to strategic Biopharma Supply Chain ERP initiatives to provide architectural guidance

·  Evaluate requests for enhancements and determine potential impacts with the current system design/configuration

·  Partner with Supply Chain business & IT teams to review business needs and recommend IT solutions

·  Provide functional design for application changes, Reports, Interfaces and localization requirements

·  Review and support functional specifications and document system changes

·  Understand the 21 CFR Part 11 regulations as they apply to Computer systems validation from a packaged application perspective

·  Provide business application architecture review, design & development for Product

·  Provide predictable service management to improve service to our end users of Product

·  Ensure Product compliance with regulatory, GE & GEHC Controls & audit support

·  Be a domain/business expert in Product to guide teams, establish/refine Product management processes

·  Work cross functionally across internal customers, analysts and senior management teams to formulate and execute the Product strategy

·  Responsible to create strong working relationship & influence across GE Healthcare business and other stakeholders

·  Ability to manage and mentor junior level individual contributors

·  Support Biopharma Job Jar delivery for GSC requests

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/related field or equivalent knowledge or experience

·  Oracle EBS implementation experience in different capacities

·  Good understanding of Global Supply Chain functionality in Oracle EBS

·  Must be willing to travel

·  Must be willing to work out of an office located in Uppsala, Sweden

Technical Expertise:

·  Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle process (SDLC)

·  Knowledge of Oracle products, specifically Oracle EBS ERP version 12+ and underlying database(s)

·  Extensive knowledge of operations processes including incident, problem and change management

·  Project management experience is a plus

Business Acumen:

·  Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills

·  Evangelizes new technology, predicts trends, and identifies new opportunities based on trends

·  Identifies the customer’s business and strategic needs, concerns, and desires for the value delivery capabilities of the Product

·  Functional understanding of logistics, sourcing, manufacturing and close the books business processes

·  Ability to interact with Business stakeholders and solve business problems spanning across functions

·  Adept at business process change management.

·  Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with other GE businesses

·  Extremely high degree of customer focus and responsiveness is a must
