Essential Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

·  Perform thermal spray and/or GEL coating for gas turbine and aero-derivative engine repair.
·  Follow work instructions to complete assigned tasks, which may include blasting, polishing, heat treatment, and other production processes.
·  Ensure product quality standards are met while maintaining proper equipment care, production schedules, and workplace housekeeping.
·  Comply with all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and promptly report any unsafe conditions or practices.
·  Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
·  Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
·  NTC, ITE certification, or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
·  Relevant experience in thermal spray, coating, manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, turbine repair, or a related field is advantageous.
·  Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply, as structured on-the-job training will be provided.
·  Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.
·  Willingness to work rotating shifts.
