Job Description

·  Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
·  Lead complex supplier negotiations and manage the procurement of goods and services within assigned categories.
·  Evaluate supplier capabilities and performance, contributing to supplier selection and panel optimization.
·  Manage contract terms, pricing, and conditions, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
·  Perform data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, supply risks, and process improvements.
·  Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, finance, operations) to align purchasing activities with project and operational needs.
·  Handle claims and resolve issues with suppliers in a timely and effective manner.
·  Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
·  Drive procurement process improvements and support sourcing tools implementation.
·  Required Qualifications
·  This role requires experience in the Sourcing & Commodity Management.
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
