Coordinate and manage in line with the "Service Product Line Business Strategy" profitable growth through innovative approach and develop "Service Businesses" in the area of your responsibility.

Secure profitable orders as committed in the units budget. Mainly work in the country were you are located and support the other country as needed.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·  Commercial Action Plan: Participate in the area of responsibility in defining, planning, delivering, coordinating and following-up the Unit's Capitalisation in order to achieve the Unit's expansion and profitability objectives.
·  Relation with local units and KAM: Plan, coordinate and direct negotiations with KAM and local units in order to increase market shares.
·  Compliances: Monitor, evaluate, review budget against result in order to assess effectiveness in the achievement of OR, margins and deliveries.
·  Marketing: Investigate, plan and initiate new activities in order to address opportunities for future business and market share growth.
·  Innovative Sales Actions: Plan and provide actions in order to achieve non standard service orders.
·  Provide strategic spare-parts solutions to customers.
·  Address defined campaigns to customer opportunities.
·  Reporting: Reports to the Service Sales Leader Central & Northern Europe and dotted line to the Service leader in the country.
·  Comply with our company-values and our internal environmental, health and safety regulations (EHS) and with the relevant organisational processes of the management system.

Requirements:

·  Advanced experience in a related business position.
·  University degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, along with a good commercial background.
·  Fluent in English, other languages is advantageous.
·  Excellent network and team player with strong communication skills.
·  Dynamic and challenging, capable of initiating change and empowering others.
·  Pragmatic approach to tackling challenges.
·  Customer orientation and understanding of processes.
·  Knowledge and experience in the field of grid products, as well as work experience in a matrix organisation, are advantageous.

Lichfield Road manufacturing facility has been originally established in 1903 and has been standing since 1960 as a part of English Electric group, delivering power transformers, that later merged GEC Alsthom and later became ALSTOM, and has been acquired by GE in 2015. Stafford is ideally suited for research and advanced manufacturing with our highly skilled staff and position at the heart of the UK's transport network. GE is proud to be the largest employer in Stafford, with around 1,700 employees across multiple sites.

The transformer facility has been renowned all over the world with its expertise in design, manufacturing, and delivery of HVAC and HVDC transformers world-wide, up to 800kV.
