Role Summary/Purpose

The Regional Training Leader will be responsible for the execution of the service work force management and training strategy with flawless follow up and communication with ASEAN countries, product organizations and Healthcare Training Institutes with clear understanding of regional needs. He/she will work with regional and global teams to ensure workforce readiness and training solutions available to GEHC Field Engineers, Channel Partner, Service Partner Field Engineers and customers on time.
Essential Responsibilities

1. Lead the implementation of workforce management strategy using tools like TRACE, FE Utilization and Efficiency KPI’s
2. Lead the implementation of the service training strategy and competency development projects with a clear focus on training localization in ASEAN
3. Understand global initiatives and find the best ways to implement those initiatives into the ASEAN region
4. Manage the existing Singapore training facility. Establish, activate and manage any future new training facilities within ASEAN aimed at training localization in the region.
5. Work with the service teams (country, functions, modalities) to understand the competency gaps and meet field service training demands and requirements (enrollments, assignments, withdrawals, etc.) with clearly communicated updates, seamless follow up and on-time actions
6. Facilitate, track and coordinate day to day activities required to ensure technical training projects are completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals and internal/external customer needs
7. Develop, maintain and improve the ASEAN Training Portal to capture regional training needs and ensure we create effective offerings to meet those needs
8. Describe and communicate technical training project plans which include clear milestones, scope and resource definitions and ensure the execution of the projects are parallel to the plan
9. Maintain alignment between the regional service team and global training teams
10. Establish regular communications and operating mechanisms to update key internal and external stakeholders.

2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance trainings within the defined deadlines
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
4. Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
5. Comply with the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Policies and applicable laws and regulations. Complete all mandatory EHS training. Actively participate in accident & incident investigation and follow up. Maintain defined levels of housekeeping & ensure a clean, clear workplace and participate in EHS inspections. Identify and correct hazards and unsafe conditions.
Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with Business or Engineering background
• 2-5 years’ experience in a Service and/or Training Organization
• Strong process and analytical skills demonstrating ability to identify root causes of problems; generate and evaluate creative alternative solutions; implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively with fact-based decisions.
• Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs;
• Ability to energize, develop and build rapport in matrix organization;
• Proven coordination and influencing skills in a global environment;
• Direct and/or indirect leadership experience;
• High ethics and integrity;
• Fluent in English communication
