Roles and Responsibilities
·
Act as a Stop Work and Quality Concerns Culture Champion, promoting a proactive quality-first mindset across operations.
·
Govern cell training and competency, ensuring personnel are trained, assessed, and compliant with defined standards.
·
Provide embedded quality support, including follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
·
Track and report NCs, defects, and quote status, ensuring timely closure and visibility.
·
Lead and participate in perfection reviews to drive continuous improvement.
·
Ensure full compliance with QA32 requirements.
·
Ensure adherence to SmartShop system compliance and effective usage.
·
Perform roaming layer process reviews to verify process discipline and standard work adherence.
·
Support quality defect investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
·
Ensure manufacturing data integrity, accuracy, and traceability across systems.
·
Drive and implement quality improvement projects aligned with business and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
·
Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline, OR
·
Higher NITEC or equivalent in Manufacturing/Engineering with a proven supervisory track record.
·
Minimum 3 years’ experience performing quality-related tasks within a manufacturing environment.
·
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Assurance tools and processes (e.g., root cause analysis, CAPA, audits).
